Alchemy South Park San Diego -Adds life to the lunch hour

It’s time to end the mundane cycle of mystery meat sandwiches, stale potato chips and vending machine desserts. Alchemy South Park San Diego has brought new life to the lunch hour with the introduction of Farm to Office – an innovative lunch catering concept. The very best in seasonal ingredients are brought from the farm, transformed in the Alchemy kitchen and delivered straight to your office.

Alchemy’s renowned passion for flavor and sustainability are evident in the menu’s diverse fare. Innovative dishes include the Elvis Presley: A delicious combination of peanut butter, sweet plantain, Berkshire bacon and toasted brioche, and the Farmer’s Market Salad with seasonal organic vegetables and grilled estancia farms sirloin. In lieu of greasy potato chips, Alchemy offers a selection of sides including plantain chips, taro root chips, seasonal fruit and roasted vegetables. Drink selections range from Bundaberg Ginger Beer to San Pellegrino Limonata.

The kitchen is currently preparing orders Monday through Friday for groups as small as four ($50 minimum). Orders must be placed by 5:00 pm for delivery the following day. Monday deliveries can be arranged anytime up to 5:00 pm on Saturday. Delivery arrival times can be scheduled every fifteen minutes during lunch hours from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Alchemy can also make special arrangements for large groups, on-site caterings, special menus for all occasions and dietary concerns.
